Bi-Weekly Group Calls
Every other week we will get on a call and talk through a pre-chosen agenda based on the groups needs and experience levels. Calls will be recorded and sent out afterwards.
Intimate Community
We will have no more than 10 people in a the group, and all members will be chosen based on application answers and experience levels for a more consistent group culture

I specialize in marketing and consumer sales copy so I'll be going through your website and sending you a detailed video on what to improve to establish your brand message and increase sales.

Your brand goes far beyond your logo, your website design, and even your photos. I want to help you get down to the nitty gritty of your brand messaging and how to carry it all the way through your companies story so that it connects with the perfect audience for you.

It can be so easy to get stuck in a rut of posting and blogging for months and months and before you know it, you have no idea what your direction is or who you are trying to connect with. I want to help you create a solid planner your marketing with a success-driven direction in mind.

Implementing Recurring Revenue
One of the most frequent questions I get is: "how do I make money during off season" - and the answer is to as simple as creating a PDF and walking away. We want to look at the difference between "passive" and recurring revenue and see which might would for you.

Scaling Your Business
Should you grow your team? Should you take on more jobs? What is ethical? What is "selling out"? What is just good business?

It's Me, Manda
I'm the owner of Mae&Co Creative; a world-wide, award-winning event planning agency with a special focus on luxury weddings.
I've been in this industry for almost a decade and have executed over 250 weddings, built a killer team of eight event professionals and have designed stunning events for clients like BVLGARI and Whitney Simmons.
I am obsessed with all things systems and marketing and by lonesome, took this business from a side hustle with no inquires to a seven-figure, world-traveling production agency with trend setting designs.
But my path was not an easy one...
With success comes risk, downfall and heartache. And I have been put through the wringer, more times than I care to count.
